What we store
When you sign in with ChatGPT, MamboMart receives your email and, when available, your display name. We store account preferences, saved products and activity you submit. Seller mode stores business details, location, declarations, listings and inventory.
Order requests store the buyer contact and delivery details that the buyer agrees to share with the relevant seller. MamboMart does not collect payment credentials or process order money. Do not submit bank credentials or identity documents in feedback or descriptions.
How it is used
Data supports sign-in, listings, saved products, direct seller order requests and platform safety. Seller listing information is public. An order-request seller receives the buyer details needed to respond, arrange payment and deliver the order.
Infrastructure providers process data to host the service. ChatGPT sign-in is handled by OpenAI under its own terms and privacy policy. Voice search, if used, depends on your browser’s speech service and permissions.
On your device
Your bag, saved products and pincode may be stored on this device. Signed-in saved products also sync to your account. The installed app caches its icons and reconnect screen; it does not cache account pages or order responses for offline access.
You can clear browser site data or uninstall the app to remove local data. Browser permissions can be changed in your device settings.
Retention and contact
Your data remains while the account is in use or until you delete it below, subject to lawful retention needs. Deletion removes your account profile, seller profile, listings, saved products, authored reviews, linked feedback and your order requests from the active database.
Other users’ order records may retain an anonymous line item for a removed seller. Provider backups and security logs can persist according to the provider’s retention processes.

Delete your MamboMart account
This removes your MamboMart data and seller listings. It does not delete your ChatGPT account. Signing in again creates a fresh MamboMart profile.
