Buyer account
Buyers need a lawful account and accurate contact and delivery details. The buyer chooses whether to proceed after the seller confirms availability, price, payment instructions and shipping.
Marketplace responsibilities
Buyer and seller deal directly.
MamboMart is a zero-commission meeting and listing platform for independent sellers of local and India-made products. Sellers control listings, prices, payment collection, invoices, stock, shipping, returns, support and product claims. MamboMart does not collect, hold or settle order money.
Seller account
Seller mode activates through a truthful self-declaration. Sellers—not MamboMart—remain responsible for lawful goods, accurate descriptions, taxes, licences, invoices, fulfilment, returns and customer support.
India-made eligibility
The final product must be produced, grown, crafted or substantially manufactured in India. Imported finished goods, simple repacking or relabelling, dropship imports and unclear-origin products are not eligible.
Zero commission
MamboMart charges no listing fee or sales commission in this phase. Sellers still bear their own payment-provider, packaging, shipping, tax, return and statutory costs.
Direct payments
MamboMart has no checkout, wallet or settlement flow. Each independent seller gives the buyer its own payment instructions and is responsible for receipts, invoices, refunds, taxes and payment security. Buyers should verify the seller and order before paying.
Identity documents
Do not enter an Aadhaar number in any free-text field. MamboMart does not collect Aadhaar. Any future verification flow must use a permitted, consent-based provider and viable alternatives.
DigiLocker
DigiLocker is not connected. A future organization requester integration requires registration and explicit user sharing; the beta only records readiness answers.
Catalogue and reviews
Public products are real seller-managed listings; sample products are not presented as stock. Listings publish from the seller's India-origin declaration. Buyers can report a concern, and MamboMart may pause unlawful or misleading content.
Privacy
Buyer contact and delivery details are shared only with the seller receiving that order request. MamboMart does not ask buyers for card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
Returns and disputes
The seller states and handles product-specific shipping, cancellation and return terms. MamboMart keeps a report and grievance channel and may pause unlawful, unsafe or misleading listings.
